We want to make you happy. Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your order/refunds unless the item is wrong or defective.
Items on sale are non-refundable and exchangeable unless wrong or defective.

Help! My item looks different real life vs on site!
Colours of the product may differ due to colour calibration of the individual's computer and it might appear slightly different in reality. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, textures, and finishes of our products on site. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
A difference of +/- 1.5" in the measurements of the product(s) stated on our website may not be considered as a defect. Minor defects such as loose threads, slight seams misalignment, dropping of buttons (which can be re-sewn on) etc. will not be considered to be a defect. These will not be considered for exchange/return/refund.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We want to make you happy. Unfortunately we are unable to provide cash refunds on items once sold. Please ensure that you have read the sizing charts of each apparel before purchase.
Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange faulty/defective items for identical items, or provide you with a credit of equivalent value for use on the website (excl. shipping cost). Credit must be used within 1 transaction.
We reserve the right to examine the item to see if it has been worn or used. If we determine an item to have been worn or used, we may respectfully deny the exchange or store credit.
If your item is wrong or defective, please contact us within 7 days regarding your order, and have it shipped to us within 14 days.
If defective, there will strictly be no changing of item/size/colour unless the exact item is out of stock. Wrong orders would be re-shipped.
Return postage cost will only be reimbursed upon successful receipt and acknowledged for exchange.
Third party purchases of Naked Wear will not be applicable for exchange or refund.
The following conditions must be met for exchanges and refunds:
Item is returned within 14 days upon shipped date by mail
Return/exchange is acknowledged and agreed by both Naked Wear and customer via email
Items must be unwashed, in original condition
Hangtags must still be attached
If there is a violation of any of the above, we will not issue a refund and the apparel will be sent back to the customer without further compensation. Naked Wear will not be liable for unregistered loss of mail.
